Programmes and Asset Systems.

Know what you’re building. Decisions that hold.

We work for the people accountable for programmes and asset systems in rail, utilities and other critical infrastructure, from the client’s side of the table. Led by Mike Brown CEng MICE, our COO, who has led client-side delivery on national programmes at Network Rail. We start small, with a scope that has a number on it.

Overview

Three services. Start small.

A business case and nothing mobilised. An asset system at end of life, every vendor offering a migration. A successful trial with no route into business as usual. Each needs someone who has sat on the client’s side.

Start small. Initiation and discovery takes a week and ends with a scope and a number you can take to whoever holds the budget.

Never both sides of the same project. We don’t bid for the build that follows our own advice, and the trigger is agreed in advance.

Services

Start where the need is.

Each service has a fixed shape and a single senior lead. Not sure which you need? Start with the Initiation and Discovery.

Initiation and Discovery

Know what you’re building, before the money commits.

Working out what a programme really is before the money commits: the scope, the approvals between decision and build, and when the answer is not yet. For a developing business case, funding with nothing mobilised, or a failed earlier attempt.

Independence

On this work we take no commission, hold no reseller or partner agreements, and our fee does not change with the recommendation.

Talk to the person who leads it.

Tell us what you need to decide. A short scoping call is enough to tell you which service fits, if any, and what it would take.
